As is traditional each year, the Messe Essen provided the setting for the Essen Motor Show, a genuinely international trade fair showcasing all things related to motorsport, classic cars and customisation. Several hundred thousand people flocked to the Ruhr region in Germany for up to ten days to savour Europe’s leading trade show for production sports cars.

At this year’s show, car fans that value character, strength and a dose of flair were spoiled with the first public appearance of New Mégane R.S. Trophy in Germany.

In this ideal setting for introducing the automotive industry’s latest trends, new cars and innovations in the performance car segment, Renault Sport therefore caused quite a stir in unveiling its latest model, the brand’s rich history – not to mention its credibility and expertise in motorsport – disseminated in this model.
