Customer Racing Activities – 2026/#23

Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4, Clio Rally5, and Clio Rally6 made their mark yet again across Europe. Between victories and podium finishes, the four models in the Renault Clio rally range further added to their trophy haul on a particularly successful weekend.

Clio Trophy Galicia

Miguel Gayoso and Carlos Guitián took top honours at round two of Clio Trophy Galicia at Rallye de Pontevedra. Already winners at the season opener, the duo doubled their tally, finishing ahead of Guillermo Martínez - Ignacio Sayáns and Adrián Torreiro - Pedro Rivas. The next round of the Clio Rally5 Trophy takes place at Rallye Sur do Condado (10–11 July).

Italian Rally Championship

Clio Rally3 scored another victory in Italy with Maximilian Lichtenegger and Bernhard Ettel on the roads of Rally Due Valli. Winning by more than 90 seconds ahead of their nearest rivals, the Austrians secured their second victory of the year and finished third in the Juniors category. Meanwhile, the Clio Rally5 swept the podium in its class, led by Diego Landolfi and Susanna Perli. The model did the same in the CRZ version of the rally, with Michele Falezza and Giulia Tomasi.

Lithuanian Rally Championship

Clio Rally3 earned another podium result on the Lithuanian national stage. Following their third-place finish in LARČ3 at the season opener, Artur Długosz and Mateusz Martynek went one better with a runner-up finish on the gravel stages of the NEO Rally Žemaitija. The Polish duo are now second in the championship.

Spanish Gravel Rally Championship

Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 set the pace at the third round of the gravel calendar in Spain. On the stages of the Rallye Reino de León, Jordi Nualart and Daniel Rivera won their category by more than 40 seconds in their Clio Rally4. Meanwhile, Julio Ramón Garcés and Ander García Garay did the same aboard their Clio Rally5.

Turkish Rally Championship

Ugur Kaban and Mert Kaya took the RC5 class win in their Clio Rally5 at round three of the Turkish calendar, the Yeşil Bursa Rallisi, whilst Timur Oruc and Yalçın Filiz finished third in the class. Renault also secured a podium finish in the Women’s category with Hilal Aslan and Orkan Dursun Yiğit.

Greek Gravel Rally Cup

Clio Rally3 put in another impressive performance in Greece at the Rally Sprint Nemeas. After their overall victory in the season’s opening round, Cypriot driver Panikos Polykarpou and his Greek co-driver George Votsis came second this time out, whilst finishing first in the RC3 class and among the competitors entered in the Greek Gravel Rally Cup.

French Rally Cup

Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4, Clio Rally5 and Clio Rally6 emerged victorious at Rallye du Tréport, driven respectively by Guillaume Halbourg - Geoffrey Vallot, Anthony Dujardin - Angela Feuray, Thomas Simeon - Edouard Lafosse, and David Lekeu - Florentin Lekeu. Clio Rally3, Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 also triumphed with Jérôme Sureau - Axel Delaporte, Mathieu Artzner - Ricardo Gil Mateus, and Paul Bandelier - Maxime Bandelier at Rallye des Vins Mâcon. Clio Rally5 won with Brice Droulin and Guillaume Tapias at Rallye du Laragnais, whilst Clio Rally6 secured podium finishes in FR6 with Bastien Verjat - Guerric Dugelet and Sébastien Gonzales - Elodie Gonzales in these last two events.

On the regional front, Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 won their respective classes at Rallye du Val de Sèvre, with Antoine Bordagaray - Alan Autegarden and Emmanuel Jarret - Dominique Jarret. Clio Rally4 secured a one-two-three finish led by Christopher Touvron and Ophélia Chaigne in its class at Rallye du Clain. Lastly, Arthur Pelamourgues and Bastien Pouget led Clio Rally5 to victory at Rallye de Saint-Geniez-d’Olt.

And elsewhere

In Italy, Clio Rally3 and Clio Rally5 won respectively, with the crews of Alberto Sassi - Gabriele Romei, and Mirco Lorrai - Eleonora Murgia on the special stages of the Rally Internazionale Golfo dell’Asinara. Both models also triumphed with Alessio Pollara - Gaspare Beninati, and Gabriele Morreale - Giuseppe Scolaro at Rally dei Nebrodi. The same double victory was recorded by Ludwig Zigliani - Sara Montavoci, and Michel Della Maddalena - Romano Belfiore at Rally della Valle Intelvi, as well as by Paola Fedi - Gioia Boddi (Women’s category) and Lorenzo Nesti - Alessia Bertagna at Rally di Reggello e Colline del Chianti Rufina – Città di Firenze.

In Portugal, Clio Rally3 impressed with an overall second place and a victory in RC3 with João Borges and Flávio Mota at Rali Ilha Azul Cidade Mar in the Azores Championship. In parallel, Clio Rally5 took P2-4 with Henrique Azenha and Custódio Fernandes at the Rally de Côja - Portas do Açor.

Elsewhere in Europe, Clio Rally3 won outright at the Pohjanmaa Ralli (Finland) with Leevi Lassila and Hannu Lamminen. The model also triumphed with Igor and Aleksander Czarnecki at the Omerta IT Rajd Uzdrowiskowy (Poland), not to mention a class podium finish for Isak Sjökvist and Simon Lindström at the Enerco Malmjärn Runt (Sweden). Lastly, Clio Rally5 rounded off another successful week with a one-two finish by the crews of Manuel Schneider and Andrea Selzer, and Torsten Müller and Bastian Pfeiffer in RC5 at the ADAC Lößnitzer Rallyesprint.
